LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a specialized acute care unit. You will assess needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will promote patient and family safety, participate in quality improvement, support discharge planning, and contribute to education programs.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate of a nursing specialty program (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities essential in fast-paced acute care.

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a specialized acute care unit.

Responsibilities

Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Ensuring patient safety, promoting positive patient and family experiences, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot equipment issues, educate patients on chronic conditions, and contribute to unit decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of a nursing specialty program (required), Bachelor's degree preferred. Critical thinker with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, make quick decisions, and remain calm under stress. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Key Duties

Perform assessments, provide direct patient care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, coordinate discharge planning, and promote safety and quality care. Participate actively in safety and educational programs, and uphold organizational policies.
