Job description

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a 30-bed advanced acute care unit, providing comprehensive patient care, assessments, and coordination of treatment plans.

Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to coordinate complex care plans, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, formulate care plans, educate patients and families, revise interventions based on responses, and contribute to unit decision-making and safety programs.
