Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an RN - Adult Psychiatry for a night shift role (11:00pm–7:30am) on a part-time schedule (32 hours/week). You will provide compassionate nursing care on a dedicated unit and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Current IL nursing license, NLN-accredited program graduate, BLS/CPR, and psychiatry experience preferred. This position offers premium pay with shift incentives, potential annual increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
• Experience: Adult Psychiatry Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: RN - Adult Psychiatry

• Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL

• Full Time/Part Time: PT (32 hours/week)

• Hours: Night Shift (11:00pm-7:30am) w/rotating weekends

• Required Travel: N/A

What you will need:
