What is the role of Admissions RN?

The Admissions RN focuses on completing OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for all patients including geriatric patients, setting the clinical foundation for high-quality care. Their work is critical to compliance, risk reduction, and the integrity of the patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse in the state of MA
• Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care clinical nursing experience and must have done OASIS visits (preferably) with a Medicare certified agency.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Current CPR accredited by American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (certificate must be healthcare provider or healthcare professional).
