Root Center for Advanced Recovery in Hartford, CT is seeking a licensed RN to support daily nursing operations, administer medications, perform patient assessments, intake/admissions, and maintain complete clinical documentation to enhance treatment.

Current CT RN license with at least one year of nursing experience is required; BSN preferred. Certifications in Addictions Nursing or Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing are preferred, and CPR/AED is preferred.

Formación

• Active Connecticut RN license with at least one year of nursing experience.
• BSN license preferred.
• Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) or Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing credentialing preferred.
• Adult CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications in compliance with regulations.
• Intake/admissions; assist with annual physicals; record vitals and collect specimens.
• Assessments and specimen collection; monitor patient condition before dosing.
• Counseling on prenatal care, child nutrition, and general hygiene.
• Report changes in condition to provider or clinic supervisor.
• Record keeping and documentation of services and patient responses.
