Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; current RN licensure required in practicing state.
• One year of relevant RN experience preferred.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care to promote health or support a peaceful death.
• Ensure care delivery adheres to current policies and procedures and demonstrated evidence-based practice.
