The Registered Nurse at Baptist Health Care provides care and education for patients undergoing Dialysis, following the nursing process and department policies.
You will administer Dialysis treatment, monitor patient responses, and document care in the patient record while collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment plans. This role requires a Florida RN license and dialysis experience is preferred.

This position manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. This nurse is responsible for administering the Dialysis treatment to the patient in accordance with the physician orders.
