Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. The role involves 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday work, focusing on assessments, care planning, and coordination with the care team.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing specialty training, strong assessment and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.

Qualificações

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with scope of practice and standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures safely and effectively.
• Evaluate patient responses, adjust care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain active communication with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal care.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and uphold safety protocols.
