Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license required upon hire; BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Provide patient-centered care adapting to diversity and age groups
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality care with an interdisciplinary team
• Participate in performance improvement, governance, and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Support care continuity and effective communication with patients and families
