Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center® is a 336-bed facility within The Valley Health System serving Northwest Las Vegas. The RN role provides safe, competent nursing care, leads the healthcare team, and upholds Patient Centered Care standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), Nevada RN license with BLS, and PALS/NRP as required. Pre-employment assessments are required, and acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada. Current BLS. Current PALS or NRP as required by department.
• Must pass any pre-employment assessment required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
