Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ensure patient safety, promote positive patient and family experiences, and adhere to policies and standards. Engage in unit-based decision-making and safety programs to enhance care quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must obtain ACLS certification, with experience in cardiac care and stroke education advantageous. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills required.
