Southwest Network, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team in Phoenix. You will engage with members, perform assessments, triage, plan treatments, administer medications, and provide health education and advocacy to support overall wellness.

The role requires an Arizona RN license, at least 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health experience, and CPR/First Aid plus Therapeutic Options certifications. A valid AZ driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Current R.N. license issued by Arizona Board of Nursing
• Minimum one (1) year prior psychiatric/behavioral health experience with seriously mentally ill adults required; previous experience working on an ACT team or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications (offered through Southwest Network)
• Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
