Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to maintain high‑quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. The role involves developing and guiding nursing care plans, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and assistants, and making nursing diagnoses that drive care strategies.

You will monitor safety, ensure proper use of equipment and supplies, and document medication administration while performing other duties as directed to support residents’ well‑being.

Qualifications

• An active RN license.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
