Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare Inc. seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to provide and document professional nursing care for telemetry and stroke patients, in line with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies and standard work.

You will coordinate and delegate care with other professionals, and communicate findings to the appropriate person(s), while complying with SRH policies and Primary Stroke Center standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• BLS certified.
• ACLS within 1 year.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
• NIHHS Certificate within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the Nursing Process to provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients.
• Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Must adhere to NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center.
• Performs other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
