McLaren Health Care is seeking a Night Shift Nurse in the Ortho Trauma unit. The role delivers nursing care per standards, documents patient responses, and coordinates plan-of-care with the team.
Required are an RN license in Michigan, and ACLS within six months; NRP for Labor and Delivery and PALS for Pediatrics, with TNCC within one year for ED. Schedule is part-time, nights, 7p-7a.

Position Summary:
Responsible for the delivery of nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice following hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assesses each assigned patient, documents and evaluates their response to plan of care, and takes appropriate corrective action.
Plans and implements the patient's plan of care/standard of care and provides patient teaching using the plan of care/standard of care.
Oversee all ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
