Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  
• Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire
  
• Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire
  
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
