Confluence Health is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse in Washington to deliver patient care through the nursing process. You will interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team, adhering to the Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit standards.

The role requires an active WA RN license, basic computer skills, and a commitment to quality care. Relocation assistance and a one-year commitment are offered; external candidates may receive up to a $6,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88).
• Must possess basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication and password management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures/treatments.
• Document care, assessments, plan of care, and responses in the system.
• Coordinate discharge planning and educational needs for patients and families.
