C Cayuga Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 South Telemetry unit at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY. You will contribute to delivering compassionate, high-quality care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced telemetry setting.

The role requires an NY RN license, an Associate degree in nursing, and BLS; ACLS is expected by orientation end. Per diem shifts offer flexible scheduling on-site in Tompkins County.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• Active New York State RN license.
• BLS required; ACLS completed by end of Orientation.
• BSN preferred.

Registered Nurse - 4 South Telemetry

Registered Nurses at Centralus are key members of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the Tompkins County community. Practicing to the full scope of their license, RNs actively contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services, collaborating with colleagues in a shared governance environment to improve patient outcomes and deliver optimal patient-centered care

Roles And Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g., use of computer keyboard); may require lifting and carrying light loads (up to 40 lbs), including boxes, equipment, IV solutions and stooping and kneeling (e.g., to pick up items from the floor, to remove and replace items on lower shelves and to file documents in lower file drawers); sitting, walking, or standing for long periods of time may be necessary; must be able physically to operate the equipment used for the job.

Pay Range Disclosure

• Standard Rate of $38.63 - $47.18 per hour plus per diem incentive
