Tanner Health in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs and other support staff in caring for patients under the state nurse practice act. The RN assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates outcomes.

The role requires evaluating patient needs, planning and implementing comprehensive care, and documenting outcomes. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered to external hires with two years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license or multistate license required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire for ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU.
• NRP within 12 months of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within 12 months of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsabilités

• The RN performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel.
• Assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates care effectiveness.
