Qualificações

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting, adhering to all regulations.
