Qualifications

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse.
• Registered Nurse Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient condition during admission and during each shift, reporting changes as needed.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered and documents care in the patient record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and strives to anticipate needs.
• Coordinates a holistic treatment plan with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.
