Now Hiring: Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Charlotte Metro area. BAYADA Home Health Care seeks compassionate RNs to join our Skilled Nursing team, delivering high-quality care in clients' homes with autonomy and support.

Travel to a nearby client home, document orders, perform assessments, and monitor conditions. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO, health benefits, life insurance, 401K, EAP, training, and career advancement opportunities. Pay ranges $28–$34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

How we prepare our RNs for success:

• Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
• Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
• Around the clock clinical support by phone
• Electronic charting using Statewise

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Available RN Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program

Pay: $28-34
