Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) collaborates with healthcare teams to provide personalized patient care, emphasizing compassionate, evidence-based practices.

Rotation Program:

Eligible RNs with at least one year of experience rotate weekly through various units within their specialty (Critical Care, Intermediate, Women’s and Children, Adult Acute Care, Emergency). This helps identify team dynamics and leadership styles, leading to potential direct placement in preferred units.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid North Carolina or Multi-State/Compact license required. One-year relevant experience preferred.
