Job summary

Encompass Health in Winston-Salem is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise care and lead patient assessments in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will tailor care plans, collaborate with multiple departments, and provide direct patient care when needed to support recovery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.

• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
