Job summary

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, KY. The RN will provide nursing care to residents, follow physician orders, administer medications, and document care in a team-based setting.

Qualified candidates must be licensed in Kentucky as a registered nurse. The role offers full-time executive branch employment with overtime eligibility and a pay grade 14, plus locality premium. Training on-site and benefits apply.

Description

The Thomson-Hood Veterans Center is a skilled nursing facility that cares for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Veterans. Our mission is to Serve Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity and providing compassionate care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for caring for the residents of the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center.

Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
