Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent).
• ACLS preferred depending on unit.
• PALS or NRP preferred for applicable specialties.
• Specialty nursing certification (e.g., CCRN, CMSRN, CEN) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for effectiveness and safety.
