Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred depending on unit.
• IV therapy, wound care, and telemetry experience a plus.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Commitment to infection prevention and safety standards.
