Job summary

Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This full-time role offers opportunities to impact patient recoveries, work with advanced therapy teams, and join a growing national network dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized nursing care, coordinate with therapy and medical staff, and support families throughout rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
