Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Registered Nurse for a Stepdown Overflow unit to deliver evidence-based, high-acuity care for adults transitioning from ICU. You will monitor complex patients, administer medications, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharges.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and has experience in acute/high-acuity settings, with strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
