Under physician direction, experienced registered nurses provide IV nutrient therapy, NAD+ and injections in a restorative, spa-like setting. Guests enjoy comfortable seating, calming music, and a curated menu of services designed for illness support, wellness maintenance, recovery, and beauty. The atmosphere encourages clients to step away from daily stress, relax, and refresh their wellness routine, whether through memberships or walk-in visits. Role Description

This part-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Wayne, NJ. The RN will administer IV nutrient therapy, NAD+ and injections under the direction of a supervising physician, following all clinical protocols and safety guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client health histories, monitoring clients during infusions, documenting care accurately, and responding promptly to any changes in client status. The RN will also provide education on available services, help clients select appropriate therapies, and support a calm, welcoming spa environment. Collaboration with the local team to maintain clean, organized treatment areas and adherence to infection control and regulatory standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Active multi-state (compact) RN license valid in New Jersey and current BLS/CPR certification.
• Clinical experience with IV insertion, infusion management, and medication administration, preferably in outpatient or wellness settings.
• Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills with attention to safety and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear education, build client trust, and support a spa‑like, customer‑centered experience.
• Ability to work part-time on-site, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate effectively with physicians and team members.
• Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation for mobile (home) visits.
• Experience with wellness, integrative medicine, or aesthetic/med‑spa services is a plus.
• Comfort with basic technology, electronic charting, and scheduling systems.
• $30–35/hour base pay with a 50/50 split between salary and commission, plus tips and bonuses. Uncapped commission, with on-target earnings (OTE)up to $80+/hour
