Job summary

Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department on a PRN, nights schedule (7pm–7am). Candidates must have an Illinois RN license and be able to administer medications, respond to emergencies, and contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications, with hospital experience within 5 years or new graduate within 2 years.

Qualifications

• Must be able to think clearly during emergencies & be able to function well in extremely stressful situations.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $45.00 Hourly

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work in our Emergency Department.

Status: PRN, nights

Schedule: 7pm-7am

Essential Functions

Evaluates patient response to interventions & acts accordingly.

Usage of the computer system.

Implements charges.

Familiarity with SOP’s.

Issues appropriate orders.

Records report on the written log.

Provides a positive clinical experience for EMT’s.

Collects forensic specimens.

Knowledge of laws/regulations as they pertain to emergency nursing.

Required Education and Experience
