Job summary

Encompass Health in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support rehabilitation patients on the night shift. You will provide compassionate, individualized care that promotes recovery and safety, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred; rehabilitation setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
