Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments before, during, and after infusions, educating patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management, and maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, adhering to safety standards and regulatory guidelines while providing emotional support to patients and their families.
