Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; able to perform under pressure.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs and administer medications.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish and refer as needed.
• Educate patients and coordinate timely referrals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across the unit.
• Mentor staff and respond to crises.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you'll do more than care for patients-you'll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you'll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you're managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day.

What You'll Need
