Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Vermillion, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN/part-time shifts with flexible scheduling (days/eves/noc).

RN pay rate $45-$50 per hour, paid weekly; health insurance available after 1 year full-time status; 24/7 on-call support from Interim HealthCare.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, and care coordination in clinics, nursing homes, and schools. Requires ND RN license, CPR, 6 months’ experience, background check, and references.

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a comparable Registered Nurse job classification.
• CPR certification.
• 2 professional references required.
• Background check and drug screen completed.
• Driver’s License and current car insurance and 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and schools.
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes to physician.
• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
