Qualifications

• Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required or to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications and blood products.
• Conduct neurological assessments and educate patients/families.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
