Staff are encouraged to share ideas, contribute to service improvement and take an active role in shaping the future of the ward.

Joining J20 means becoming part of a team that is committed to helping each other succeed. We place a strong emphasis on professional development, clinical learning and recognising individual strengths. Whether you are developing your clinical skills, pursuing specialist interests or taking your first steps in your nursing career, you will find opportunities to grow in a positive and encouraging environment. If you are looking for a role where you can build expertise, feel valued and make a genuine difference to patients every day, J20 is a fantastic place to develop your career.
