Job Summary

Provides professional nursing care to patients/families and the community. Accomplishes this by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care and supervising the work of the licensed practical nurses, ancillary staff and students assigned to the unit.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Active participation in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Work Days

Full-time (40 hours a week) and part-time opportunities available on varying shifts including days, evenings, and nights. Weekend and holiday rotation as required by bargaining agreements.

Salary Range/Pay Rate

Commensurate with qualifications, based on acute care experience.
