DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in West Seneca, NY. You will provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, adjusting treatment plans, and educating patients and families on kidney health. Flexible shifts and potential floating to nearby clinics are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location

Qualifications:

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred

• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification

The Wage Range for the role is $37.00-$52.00 per hour.Registered Nurse ICHD Experienced: $39.75-$52.00 per hour.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
