Job summary

TrustCare is seeking a Registered Nurse in Mississippi to join a patient‑centered clinic team. You will partner with providers, document interactions in the EMR, and administer medications safely while prioritizing patient safety.

The role includes in-house clinical testing, occupational screenings, minor procedures, and ensuring proper instrument sterilization. A teamwork mindset and strict attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Partner with providers to support patient care, including triage, taking medical histories, and recording accurate vitals.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Administer medications safely per provider orders and prioritize patient safety.
• Perform in-house clinical and laboratory testing per OSHA and CLIA standards.
• Conduct occupational medicine screenings (drug tests, DOT/non-DOT physicals, BATs, audiograms, spirometry, respirator fit testing).
• Assist with minor procedures and ensure sterilization/maintenance of instruments.
• Collect and process lab specimens and track handling.
• Maintain organized exam rooms and supplies; coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations.
