Job summary

IBI Clinic in the Tampa/Hudson area is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing team on a part-time/PRN basis. You will provide world-class care, act as liaison between physicians and patients, and support pre-, intra-op, OR, PACU or post-op workflows.

The role requires flexibility across Florida locations, strong IV skills, moderate sedation experience, and a patient-centered approach. A current RN license and graduation from an accredited program are required; bilingual and military RN

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in multiple locations including Hudson, FL.

• Experience in ASC settings (Pre-op, Intra-op, OR, PACU).
• Strong leadership and urgency while remaining respectful and professional.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; military RN experience is a bonus.
• Graduate of an accredited school with current nursing license; experience with Moderate Sedation and IV skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class care and exceptional bedside manner.

• Collaborate with clinical teams across surgery prep and recovery phases.

Part-Time or PRN

Your Role

• Provide world-class care to all of our patients while using your exceptional customer service and bedside manner skills.
• Act as the liaison between the physicians and patients, as well as answer any questions or offer guidance to family members.
• Work in a progressive medical practice that values its employees as family members.
• Starting IVs
• Work with clinical teams to coordinate patients for surgery on admin non-surgery days
• Pre, Intra-Op, OR, PACU or Post-Op

What We're Looking For:

• Flexible: Ability to work in multiple locations, including Hudson, FL, and other future locations in Florida
• Passionate & Curious: A nurse who has a keen sense of curiosity and drives for continuous improvement.
• Experienced: Previous experience in ASC settings, including Pre-op, Post-op, OR, and PACU.
• Leadership Skills: You possess a strong sense of leadership and urgency while maintaining respect and professionalism.
• Preferred (not a deal-breaker): Bilingual (English/Spanish) and military RN experience is a plus.
• Ready to commit and has experience in a FAST-PACED outpatient surgery centers – General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery, Not Limited to
• You graduated from an accredited school and have a current nursing license.
• Experience with Moderate Sedation
• Great IV Skills
• AORN membership - preferred

Schedule:

• Mon - Thu
• Some surgery days are unpredictable (long 10-12 hours or 2-3 days of short shifts)
• Hours - 7 am - 5 pm
