Job summary

Aachele Home Nursing Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized care plans and observe and communicate with patients to support their well-being.

As an RN, you will coordinate with colleagues, administer medications, document changes, and maintain records. Requires active RN license in Georgia, valid driver's license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
