Ernest Health, Inc. in Stockton, CA invites a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will deliver professional nursing care to patients on the unit, perform assessments, implement care plans, and work with physicians and therapists to restore function and independence.

The role requires an accredited RN program completion, a current RN license, and CPR certification. ACLS is preferred for LTACH settings; one year of acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. The role is also responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restore optimal functioning, and help the patient adapt to an altered life style. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Posted Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61.00 to $80.49.

USD $72.90/Hr.
