Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Danbury is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered team. You'll supervise care, assess needs, tailor plans, and partner with families to support recovery in a state-of-the-art environment.

We value compassionate caregivers with current RN licensure, CPR, ACLS (preferred), and CRRN (preferred). Minimum one year in a rehabilitation setting helps you hit the ground running as you contribute to meaningful patient progress.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.

• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
