Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional patient care across diverse healthcare settings.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. A diploma from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license (state or compact), and at least one year of nursing experience (including six months of travel nursing) are required.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program graduation; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license in the practicing state or multi-state licensure.

Responsabilités

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in diverse healthcare settings.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, execute, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care activities such as patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and professional ethical guidelines.

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Reside at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintenance of required competencies and certifications.
