Health Here in Missouri seeks an Acute Care Medicine Registered Nurse to provide direct inpatient care on a hospital medicine unit. This role focuses on acutely ill adult patients and requires strong clinical skills.

You will perform holistic patient assessments, develop and document care plans, administer prescribed treatments and medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with an interprofessional team to achieve safe, patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse licensure with acute care inpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills.
• Sound medication administration practices and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication and patient/family education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interprofessional care team and respond to changing patient conditions.
