Job summary

Pine Grove Manor Skilled Nursing seeks an experienced RN to provide patient care within the scope of practice and ensure adherence to standards, physician orders, and facility policies.

The role supports infection control, participates in quality improvement initiatives, uses the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring, and coordinates with other departments while educating families and patients about care plans.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in state.
• One-year prior nursing management experience preferred.

• Understands, participates and assists in implementing the Quality Improvement Program.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Notifies other Departments of patient changes, i.e., room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge, etc.
• Conducts family and patient education.
