Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a full-time/part-time position with day and night shifts in the Lehigh Valley area. The role involves delivering patient care, coordinating assessments, and educating patients under physician plans across multiple units.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing with an active RN license and BLS within 30 days, plus strong organizational and interpersonal skills and willingness to travel to patient care assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
