Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a long-term healthcare assignment in Shiprock, New Mexico. The role is suited for nursing professionals with strong clinical experience who are comfortable working in a healthcare environment serving diverse and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards.
  • Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care and clinical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and health management.
  • Support preventive care, follow-up care, and patient care coordination.
  • Respond appropriately to urgent and emergency clinical situations.
  • Follow infection-control, safety, and healthcare compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license License from any U.S. state is acceptable.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Ability and willingness to work in Shiprock, New Mexico.
  • Willingness to commit to a 1-year contract assignment.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills, good communication abilities, accurate documentation practices, and the flexibility to work in a rural healthcare environment.
