Job summary

ComForCare is seeking a Registered Nurse who wants to apply clinical knowledge without direct patient care. The RN will travel to clients’ homes to conduct non-clinical nursing assessments and develop practical care plans for in-home caregivers, focusing on conversation, observation, and documentation.

This position is for a Registered Nurse who wants to continue using their clinical knowledge without providing direct or physical patient care.

The RN in this role completes in-home visits by talking with clients and families, review health history, and develop clear, practical care plans for non-medical in-home caregivers to follow. The work is focused on assessment, communication, and care planning—not clinical tasks.
